Refund policy

No return, exchange or refund on product after 30 days of receiving goods.

No returns on promotional items, sale items or clearance items.

Any loss, short shipment or damage must be reported to TONi within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Claims regarding product quality must be submitted to TONi within 7 days of receipt.

Products that are damaged may be returned for credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt.

All returns must be unused, in good condition and in original packaging.

No returns on products due to misuse or abuse.

No returns on nail/gel polish, coloured gels, eyelashes, precision instruments and/or similar products with hygiene concerns.

All approved returns will be credited to your account.
