A. You should not experience any sensitivity with Gellen Pearl treatments because we use carbamide perioxide which is safe and on teeth and gums. If you experience any tingling sensation or tenderness it will clear up after the session is complete and not last longer then a day.

A. No because our product is not acidic. The formula is almost neutral on the ph scale, things like pop, juice, and coffee usually harm your enamel.

A. By law only a doctor, dentist or hygienist is allowed to enter a client's mouth. Gellen pearl is a self-administered product and the technician simply guides the client(s) thru the process

A. Our Professional Pearl kit contains items needed to do a professional treatment in salon and our personal Gellen Pearl kit is for whitening at home.

A. A professional treatment used by a trained technician contains 35% Carbamide Peroxide. Our personal Gellen Pearl kits contain 22% Carbamide peroxide for frequent home use. (24 hours between treatments) Our Imperial Pro pearl 8% Hydrogen peroxide gel is extra strength for those clients who don’t have sensitive teeth.

A. Depending on the person and your unique whitening inherent, a professional treatment records your starting enamel shade. Typically one's results can be 2 to 6 shades whiter with one booster whitening session (professional treatment).

A. This depends strictly on you and your oral habits. Meaning, how much and how often your maintaining your oral hygiene, the amount of stain causing food and beverage your consuming. Stains build up on your enamel. A personal whitening Gellen Pearl can be purchased from our store and used to maintain a whiter smile.

A. Our salon treatments are 15 minutes using large table top light, and 20 minutes with the rechargeable light, 20 minutes with home care light.

A. Yes, you can safely whiten (lift stains). This process will not make these teeth or your regular teeth stand out differently in anyway but rather restore colour.
